1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 777e platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and 777e. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you fully accept these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 777e platform. 777e reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the 777e website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Bet" means any financial wager or bet placed through the services.
• "Balance" means the funds deposited and available in a member's account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

777e reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. As part of verification, you may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other applicable documents. Failure to complete identity verification may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2.2 Account Closure

777e may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Harassing or causing harm to another member.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

777e supports financial transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure secure and fast transactions.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently available on the 777e platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

777e generally processes each approved withdrawal request within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If identity verification or additional security checks are required during withdrawal, processing may take a little longer.

3.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. We never ask any member for their bank or mobile banking PIN. If you are ever asked for such information, please notify our support team immediately.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777e provides various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus has its own conditions, and without meeting them, the bonus or any winnings earned through it cannot be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per member, household, device, or IP address.
• A bonus may only be used in the games or betting sections specifically stated.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 777e reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 777e may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program

The 777e VIP program offers exclusive benefits for active members. Arranged across four tiers, members can gradually move up by playing regularly.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

The criteria for determining VIP tiers and the calculation of cashback are at the discretion of 777e and are subject to change. VIP benefits may be revoked at any time if platform rules are violated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services are available on the 777e platform. Each game and betting section may have its own specific rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 777e reserves the right to void bets placed based on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• 777e will not be responsible for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection.
• If a suspicious or unusual betting pattern is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

6.2 Software & Technical Errors

If a bug or abnormal result occurs in the gaming software, 777e reserves the right to void that round or bet. Any reward or winnings obtained due to a technical error may be forfeited.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Conducting betting activities through collusion or match-fixing arrangements.
• Account hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.

7. Responsible Gaming

777e places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

All rights to content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, Ezugi) belong to those respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777e will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical failures.
• Losses caused by bugs or abnormal results in third-party game software.
• Losses caused by a member's own negligence or carelessness.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account where the member disclosed their own password or information.

If a dispute arises between a member and 777e, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. Any complaint or dispute must be submitted in writing to our support team.

• A complaint must clearly include a description of the issue, the date, and the relevant transaction details.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

These terms, together with the 777e Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the member and 777e. Any previous oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.

12.3 Right to Modify

777e may modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member.

12.4 Notices & Communication

Any formal notice from 777e will be sent to the member's registered email address. It is the member's own responsibility to keep the email address registered on the platform up to date and active at all times.
